We had the pleasure to meet this sweet family last Friday afternoon. Adam and Jen are the parent of Aden and Zach. Zach is a 3 years old with MITO. He went to be with the lord early Tuesday morning. We ask that you continue to pray for this sweet family and their lost.

While Zach was sick and in the hospital his Mother Jen would take pictures of Zach holding hands of the people that have helped him. This is how they came up with Hands of Hope. We loved this idea. What a great way to help remind them of Zach and all the love and support they have had during this long journey.
